For Riding Jackets you can check Rynox,Cramster. Make sure you try them before buying as the size varies with make. For knee guards you can go for scoyco or mototech. Now for buying the knee guards compare online and offline prices before buying as either way you might be spending 300-400more so keep an eye.

Decathlon doesn't sell Riding gear. You can check https://spartanprogear.com/ they are based in Chennai, you can go to their store and checkout all the gear. AFAIK they are one of the best riding gear provider. It is better to buy offline.

For riding jackets and boots you can also give a try to Royal Enfield Jackets at their showroom. For others you can go for scoyco. You can buy it on amazon.in.

I will +1 the suggestion of trying the gear before buying it. It is very important that all your gear fit you properly and isn't loose or tight.

Since you're based in Chennai I guess Spartan ProGear would be a good place to start. Trek n ride is another place that seems to have decent reviews.

RE's riding gear seems a bit overpriced to me - I would avoid it.

Would suggest the gears offered from Rynox!
And for buying of the gear try the biking spirit showroom next to the Triumph showroom near Bishop cottons boys school signal!
